Charged my account, did not provide any services, did not provide any customer service, and will not allow me to cancel my trial period offer, and offered phoney get-away packages, and has no possible contact sources e.g. phone numbers offer no help.

Reader's Choice contacted me stating that my phone number was given through a recent online survey i had filled out. offered me a magazine subscription service in which i would receive 10 magazines and also a free get-away package from an affiliate. obviously it was all phoney, and they customer service line they provided offered one option, and placed me on hold for an hour. they continued to bill me without my response from the welcome package which i was to receive in 2-3 business days, i did not receive a package, and therefor did not respond in anyway. my card was charged 43.20 and i never received any magazines. it is also impossible to cancel a subscription on the website, and it also offers the same contact information that does not help. the company also knows my social, my mothers maiden name, and all kinds of information that leaves me vulnerable, i am an idiot for ever giving them the information but it doesn't give them the reason to charge me for no service. they also had informed me that i was being recorded after asking me several questions to confirm that i understood their services, however their services were not carried out the way that i understood, and therefor they have voided the verbal/recorded contract, and may not make any more charges onto my billing account.
