Reader's Digest addressed box with tools arrived, but not ordered Reader's Digest say they did not ship it, it is a decent little tool kit worth at minimum $20, no paperwork. Louisville Kentucky

We recieved a package by US mail with a return address of Readers's Digest Association Department 3333 Louisville, KY 40283-3333. It contained a 119 piece set of tools in a plastic case. We called Reader's Digest and they claim no knowledge of any order. There is no paperwork, so far no charge on any credit cards, and no bill has yet to arrive. If this is a scam, I don't see how they plan to profit unless they stole the tools. The tools, while not exactly top quality, are not just junk and must have cost at least $20 to manufacture + US mail charges. I Can't  imagine that enough people will actually pay a bill that may or may not show up here to make this scam profitable. I know I am not responsible for products shipped to me without an order and that I can actually consider them a gift. Anyone know what this is about?
