Back in 2005 my wife ordered magazines through this company and it either ran out in June or July 2008. Anyway My wife got a call and the lady wanted her to take out more magazines for over $1400.00 for 5 years and my wife hung up on her. So I guess the lady decided it was OK to use my credit card they had on file to just start charging $39.75 a month. I had not noticed the charges as we were buying a house and moving. When I had a chance to see the charges I asked my wife and she said she didn't order them and told what happened. I called the phonenumber by the charge as I was told by the credit card company to do first.

The lady I talked to said my wife had oked the charge and it was on a recorded tape. I told her we could not afford the charges on my card and so she said she would stop them for a month or 2 till we got where we could pay them. I talked to my wife to see if she wanted to keep the magazines and found many more ripoff reports the same way. It seems I lost the credit card they were charging now again in November so it had to be destroyed. I got a letter saying now that we were going to be renewed for more magazines and another 9.95 a month unless we called or used the email address to cancel. I emailed and told them cancel and not charge anything elese or I would turn it in to the BBB.

Now today DEC. 22 we have received several calls from someone and they somehow got my wifes cell phone number. This has turned into harrasment by someone from the company I have a letter that says Paid In Full from. It is time to fight back.

If you get any phone numbers from these people. Keep them so you can turn them in to the do not call list. Sign up your cell phones also so they can be sued. I am in process of turning them in to the attorney General and the Federal trade commision.
