Mini vacations is a consumer ripoff fraud company that changed the arrival day, told us to meet at las veg vegas welcome center instead of their resort welcome center ....
Vacation thru readersmart subject mini vacations vacation plan Les Vegas first dates June 5 2002 repentive called date change with upgrade following sunday meet at las veg vegas welcome center got concerned booked our on hotel &flight arrangements to las vegas arrived june 6 visited las vegas welcome center on saturday never heard of mvi called 2 other welcome centers company unknown mvi closed called after arrival at home we are at a resort closed weekends should of had your driving directions sorry you forget and left them at home that cost you your vacation in other words these people should be more clear if they are at there resort welcome center not les vegas
welcome center tell the people we like so many others have never been there beforecost about20.00 for 2 years reply your loss beautiful resort 50.00 lost no connection your loss what would you do if the only thing you did wrong was leave driving directions at home? additional information Readers mart was contacted agreed to send a new vacation package for the year 2003 thru another company no charge repentives name Renee Vanguilkzd thanks to readersmart we have another chane

NOTE: Rip-off Report launched a complete investigation on this particular situation and found that Mini Vacations had no control over promises another company makes when marketing their vacation coupons. Even though Mini Vacations is not responsible for another company's actions, they have been giving FULL refunds to anyone who has contacted them, and has even given more than they should have in the name of good customer service

Well I am the Renee you talked to about your account.
This customer left her driving directions provided by Mini Vacations for her trip to Vegas at her home in Florida.
She proceeded to tell me that it was somehow our fault (we issued her voucher with Mini Vacations)that she couldn't find where she was supposed to meet them to start her free stay. She figured she would just ask around at the Vegas "welcome center." Needless to say, I will never forget this call.
Readersmart sent her a new voucher to use.
