I spoke with the IRS who confirmed they deposited my income tax refund on May 4th in this ready debit account . So I call ready debit who to my surprise , informed me that my account was closed without warning(how convenient). They claimed to have returned the funds as of May 2. Now how in the **** they returned it on the 2nd of May when IRS didn't send it until the 4th. I am a single homeless mother who has been anxiously awaiting this return to provide a roof over my children and my head but this low down ratchet business has hurt my chances. My first concern is why hasn't this company informed me of any issues before my account was closed and secondly, why aren't the dates matching. I am desperately in need of my money but also id like to find an Attorney to head a class act lawsuit to put a stop to fraudulent practices from this crooked company. I want to hurt them like I see they've hurt others. Please please please help me.

You don't have a checking account into which to deposit this refund probably because of massive overdraft fees. You then decide to use this card and I'll bet they closed it down because you kept trying to use it when you had no money in the account because as with the checking account, you never kept any records. Is that about right? What's that? "You're wrong!", you say? Tell us what the reason is they closed the account and don't want to do business with you.
