 If you were a professional business man you wouldn't have responded the way you did. So that's a red flag right off back. If you were a true business man then the customer privacy is a must so you saying the client by name is another red flag. You should have so many clients that remembering them by name is too much to handle for you. Third red flag you typed all of her flaws and her life when you as a business man should have been able to address the issue at hand. Not be able to throw your client under the bus because you couldn't take a little constructive criticism. This company is fake and you're a fraud. You're the ONLY driver who also sleeps with his secretary and anyone else who comes in contact with him.

 This woman isn't telling the God honest truth. Not only is he a faster talker and a liar he is a con artist. Oliver was suppose to pick me up from work which my shift ended at 8 did not get picked up til two hours later. Saying that he was busy running people to the polls all day. He only says he deals with young women and I can see why because a real man would disconnect his head from his body.

 Lies lies lies lol I don't even know where to begin. First off I live in a beautiful apartment my area is quiet and secluded not 1 roach in site and the building is less than 4 yrs old. Lol and where did u come to the conclusion that I'm behind on my rent? See that's where you're wrong my bills are ALL paid in full as always. I did mention to my mother I'd come home but you have no clue as to all my reasons and quite frankly it's personal. As I stated before EVERYTHING is saved in my phone I have no reason to lie. I have the money for a car but why the he'll would I trust you with that when you couldn't complete a simple task as minor as providing ON TIME service? How was I acting in your vehicle? YOU wanted to buy a car, with using my other company services, but didn't have our 460.00 fee, so we never interacted on that at all, so I don't know why you would mention that accept, I guess its her way of warning América she's un-happy, and we are not fit to do anyone's else business. #3, she was offered $30.00 to offset the portion of the ride, WE, "I"declined to continue, because of her additude In my car! But what brought her trifling a** self to RIPP off report is this... In the middle of her transports, she wanted me to drive her 20 miles the opposite way , in Katy, Tx, for nothing, after getting off her 1st job. We were 5 minutes pulling up in front of her job late; to drop her off, 11 minutes on another day, to pick her up, after work, which 11 minutes, wait time to get home to a roach infested, crime infested area, and/or apartment, shouldn't matter! But that's another story. Now...if this makes us a bad company after 4 years of excellent service, READY ROLL TRANSPORT, then we'll take that Punch. Worse has happened to ME,,, by a Better Class Of People! Yellow cab, don't apologize for nothing YOU pay, whether you like it or not, no refunds... But, we will not be used, either, and we offered to pay her cab, when we were running late..., but it was able to be donr, unless we booked in line, or pay by card. I can bet if Yellow Cab had been late 30 minutes, for her every day, she would have waited, with a smile. "The problem is, with Women like her, Sha'londa Gooden", not all African American Women; is that, she'll spend more $$ on her hair extension, and nails, eye lashes, and faux purses, than fixing her own credit, so she won't need me or any taxi to help her get around...! We do an excellent job for a lot of good people, & begin late is a beast that rears its head, when we are stopped by 20,000 cars and a bulldozer blocking traffic in the name of building a hi-way, and holding up traffic. But, I'll not give a quarter to a Nappy Headed person, such as Sha'londa Goden, because she came on a Trash site to spew vemon, and belittle a service that does so much for so many. And I must add, had she not known I was the owner, being African American myself.. this report would not have come about... But, that's my people! Quick to try and bring you down, over nothing, while accepting worse from any white owned company, and paying more. Its just the way it is.

The fact us.. Sha'londa Gooden is a Distressed person, life hurts little ole' Sha'londa, so somebody has to pay. We did our job... she is unhappy as a person, period. I watched and listened and have the text, and audio to prove.. that this girl, cried like a 2 year old, (in my back seat), telling her Mom, she wants to come home, if it doesnt work out in 2-3 weeks, b'cus everything is high in Texas, and her rent is behind, and Yada Yada yada. 9 miles whimpering. omgggg! So, it is not hard to phatom, that this person, Shalonda Gooden, wouldn't have the time on her hands to do such hateful things (via)rethoric to a company....Namely, mine! It seems I'm held to a higher standard of what she felt she should recieve, than with Yellow Cab; free service, like many black women want, or she'll sic' the big Badd RIPP Off Report.com on Me, to try and smear my name of a my business. A business, which drives over 100 good ppl per month to their distinations. No Complaints. Lol!

And, in closing, if one wants to allow themselves to use her lies as a means of reasoning themselves, not to do business, just remember, it's not that we don't care, but, it's only that, we don't have the time to care, because we are so busy, nor the time to fight what is ridiculous. It's, like Sha'londa Gooden... would be a waste of money....so. its easier to simply say....Poof...Good Riddens, the trash, is now out the door! You have no scruples... you have no values, and you, my dear, have no car..... So catch up with me, when you get your "shizzzznick" together. Today, you too slow! 23 transports! When you thought you could change your contract, and your locations and get us to go much farther, for the same price, you were all giddy, now when you found out you couldn't, and we informed you in enough time, even offered to pay a cab to pick your trifling butt up, you declined, and now,,,you become a Writer for RIPP off Report.com, lol.
