I will never recommend Real Estate Hut Realty Inc. to anyone. I got ripped off through a Real Estate Hut Realty realtor and his agent in 2015 using dual agency when I sold my rental.
The Real Estate Hut Realty broker brought in a friend as a buyer who had a broker's license and had worked with her husband remodeling other properties. It turned out he wasn't the real buyer and was fronting for another party. He discovered water damage that I was blamed for, sued me and wound up in mediation. I had to pay over $58,000 to the "buyer".
I was advised by my attorney not to go to court because the Realtor had "Errors and Omissions" insurance and I would be out more money.
The buyer sued another party over similar circumstances before he sued me. Real Estate Hut Realty Inc. – NEVER!
