Real Gold Soft in Arizona Rip off scam artists on the computer!!! Tulsa, Arizona

On Dec 5, 2009 I was on the computer and a pop up screen appeared telling me that I had 41 viruses in my computer and basically only gave you one option to click on removing viruses so I did and it gave you to options for one year 49.99 and two years 89.99 so I tried to cancel but there is no option to cancel so I clicked on one year and entered all of my information and nothing happened..... it came back as error on page. I had to shut my computer down to get rid of this and to my surprise I have a charge on my account from these people for $99.85. They did nothing for my computer!!! I called my bank and there is no information for these rip off artists!!! So now I have to file a dispute with my bank to get the charges reversed! Thanks a lot and just in time for the holidays!
