Real Gold Software real gold soft/baku (unfortunately, this is all I have) purchased spyware for computer, gave my computer a virus. will now cost $200 to repair. Computer pop up, could not access programs unless I purchased this spyware. This was purchased 12/09, now receiving more pop ups and cannot proceed with programs unless I purchase additional software. Internet

On December 24, 2009, received a "pop-up" on my new computer & I could not access any programs unless I purchased this "spyware" that was popping up.  I purchased for $49.95 on my debit card, I was then told that my computer was free from viruses.  This was suppose to be a 3 year protection.  On 1/19/2010, I received another pop-up from this same company stating that I now had to purchase the "new software" because computer was infected.  I could not access any programs.  I brought the computer to a computer specialist at Office Depot and was informed that this was "malware" that I purchased and now my computer was infected.  In order  for me to get this problem corrected, I had to spend $200 to fix my computer.
