Real Living CCR Realtors Tammy Breneman, Dominic Guagenti illegally withheld rent money faulty contract Lima Ohio

One of the realtors of Real Living CCR, a Tammy Breneman, informed me that her broker, Dominic Guagenti, is holding rent checks from a current leasing agreement because of a past due balance that previous lessees were responsible for, per that lease & option agreement, number three. As the previous lessees broke their contract, the option to purchase is null on my part(Lessor). I have been in correspondence with Ms. Breneman via email & phone, have attempted to contact Mr. Guagenti several times via email without response & have recorded all conversation & documents. The only communication I have received over the span of this is from Ms. Breneman saying that her broker/her office is holding the checks. Ms. Breneman was a realtor attempting to sell my property in Ohio, but was then hired on as the property manager for leasing short-term tenants. When the previous lessees were at the property, they caused quite a bit of damage to the house, pool, & landscaping without any of my knowledge under Ms. Breneman's watch. I have heard nothing from Mr. Guagenti.
