 On June 8th I saw a web site offering samples of CBD oil & in pill form. Wanting to check it out I placed an order for one of each. They wanted a small amount for processing - placed against a credit card. Got the order, found the amount of CBD in either product is way too low to be effective. Ok, no harm no foul. Until I got my credit card bill!! The small charges were there but were from two different companies!?! I thought it was odd but talked my way past that. Since I didn't want to continue with the product I would pay for what I asked for and be done with it. But there was also a charge for $79.95 from another company. Not recognizing the amount, or the company, I called the # provided. After an hour I was informed the charge was as a result of ordering one of those samples (they were authorizmy to figure out which one) and that it was a recurring monthly charge. That I was supposed to have called and cancelled within 14 days of the order otherwise it became a monthly charge. Oh No! I told the representative that I did not want the product and since I had not been shipped any product I fully expected a complete credit. She said OK. But on my next bill - there was NO credit BUT another charge! This time for only $69.95! Thus was from another company (keeping score? 4 companies) and it took a another hour to figure out all four companies are somehow connected. The rep I spoke to yesterday I was told he could see where that first cancellation had been placed on my account but no credit & now here was another one. The representative told me he would cancel the new monthly order but he could not issue a credit! My fault for not cancelling the order!?! When I then asked for a supervisor he gave me this email address. Upon checking one of the phone numbers I saw this site and Report# 1382118. That person got stuck with the $79.95 amount. So right before making this report I did send them an email explaining my side & requesting my $149.90 credited to my credit card asap.
