I put a $200.00 down deposit on a 2003 Saturn Vue Freddie was selling with contingence's (he would fix the oil leak or I get my money back) otherwise he keep the deposit. 

I was told car was fixed and ready for pick up.  After driving, I noticed the vehicle still had an oil leak.  I got a bad feeling because he told me it had been fixed.  I decided to back out of the deal, because I didn't know if I could trust that he had done repairs previously stated in his ad on craigslist (timing belt etc...).  I ask for my money back, he refused.  I then asked for 1/2 of it back because he put some hinges on the hatchback that cost $52.00, he still refused.

I was looking for a dependable vehicle.  I explained to him that $200.00 was a lot of monet to me, because I am the only provider in my household, because my wife has to stay home with a special needs child.  His response  "Leave me alone" 

This guy is pretty GREEDY!!  BEWARE!!
