Oh my story is the same as everyone else's. I saw the ad on Google.com for the free Google CD about making money.

I thought I was going to get a CD from Google but instead I got this box with 18 CD's from this company that I've never even heard of before - Real Success Institute.

I thought it was a little big when it arrived but it had a 4 x 4 sticker on the outside of the box that said "Google Profits") and I thought oh okay, this is from Google, although I also thought the box was a little large. I did not pay attention to the small print on the label (which does not take up even an inch width wize) as to who it actually was shipped from.

After I looked inside the box and saw all the CD's. I started looking into everything else. That's when I discovered that it was not from google at all and this company was planning on charging my credit card $129.00 if I did not get an authorization number to return it from them.

I called them 3 times. I was left on hold for over 20 minutes. Then a message kept comming on telling me that I could go to rprsbilling.com and email them to cancel. I did not hang up. Eventually another message came on and told me that if I was calling after 9pm to leave my name and number and they would call me back.

They never called back. I called them again. This time I got the 9pm message right away even though it was only 4pm here on the east coast. There phone hung up on me.

The third time I left another message and also told them I was calling my credit card company and reporting them because there is no way to get ahold of them. The internet site does not work either. It just tells you to call the number.

So I searched Yahhoo for them and that is how I found their real site - which you can't contact them either. I also saw the Rip Off notice right under the search for them on Yahoo, and I thank the Lord for You.
