I used to be a coach for this company because I truly believed that they were helping people. I loved the fact that I was helping people but getting paid as a coach was a problem. Will not go into details here. I am sure other coaches have already written about this.

The reason I signed up was because they promised one-on-one face-to-face coaching, unlike any other debt program out there. Then all of a sudden they decided to do away with the live one-on-one coaching and go to over-the-phone coaching. And then soon after that, they just pulled out of the area. No warning, nothing.

I'll give credit where credit is due the program did work for quite a number of people. but NOT everyone like they so boldly claim. The biggest problem now is that they are promoting something that they cannot deliver. I am still being contacted by former clients who complain that the company no longer responds to their phone calls. Coaching is nothing like previously when I was on board. Now, I hear they want to expand to new markets and take people's money and no one at the office is picking up the phones. That is what I am disgusted about besides the fact that they treated many of us coaches who helped build the company through our sweat equity with little, oh so very little compensation. The company is falling apart due to mismanagement (putting it mildly). It's like a drowning duck saying that they are able to help anyone else who's drowning. The company's financials are in shambles. How can they help anyone else get out of debt. They need to help themselves.
