Real Real Wealth Institute charged credit card twice Orem Utah

I ordered the free CD on "How to Make Money with Google. I paid the shipping charges for $1.95 for the CD and a couple of days later I received a rather large box with a bunch of cd's and books. All I ever wanted was the information and I would make a decision after that whether or not I would get involved with the business. I immediately sent it back to the address on the box (first mistake). I never thought any more of it until I saw the charge on my credit card for $129.99, 11-2007. I called the company and they said it would take them 2 months to get me my refund because I sent it back to the address on the box without a RA number. I told them I did not want their business and to take my name off of their lists and not to charge me again. A week later I got another charge of $29.99, and I again called and got the same run around. The person I spoke to this time stated the refund would take around 2 months(again). I called my bank "US Bank" and they stated without proof that I returned the material there was nothing they could do. I have now called this business once a week for the last three months and still have no refund and get the same answer every time, "it should be in the mail this week". So far I have talked to , Francisco, Sasha, and Nancy, only to find out today after everyone else has told me the refund wouyld be for the whole amount that they are now going to charge me a re-stocking fee for the crap I never ordered and paid $10 to return. This company is ridiculous and does not care about anyoe or their money. Do not do business with them.
