I completed my first 100 assignments in October 2008 and requested payment soon thereafter. I then continued to review more assignments and as of the date of this letter I have a total of 206 assignments done. I have made a second request for the second 100 assignments done. At the same time of the payment request for the second 100 assignments I inquired about a timeframe to be paid for the first 100 assignments done back in October.
This was their response (copy of email from realdataentry.net to me November 2008)

"Unfortunately I am not able to see that information. We do request however that you allow for us the full 4 weeks"

Sincerely,
Real Data Entry

This would make it over 10 weeks before I got my first payment. So then I tried to log in to my account and I got a "no such user" display on the member log in page. I tried and tried to log in and finally came to the conclusion realdataentry.net deleted my account. I was never given any formal reason or advance notice of any action to remove or delete my account. Based on other rip off statements I could see what this company was going to do, give me the run around and in the end not pay me and hope I just go away.

Bottom line, I got scammed. I have requested the Internet Crime Compliance Center (partners with the FBI), www.ic3.gov, to look into this matter along with my state officials and the state officials where realdataentry.net is registered. By me paying realdataentry.net and by realdataentry.net accepting my payment, we entered into a contract together, I did my part but realdataentry.net failed to fulfull their end. I know I will never get paid but hopefully this will prevent people from falling into the realdataentry.net trap like I did.

How To Shut Down Realdataentry.net

AUTHOR: Sucker - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, December 08, 2008

Here's how to shut down the site for Real Data Entry.net. Go to Whois.net and enter the URL: realdataentry and select the .net from the dropdown menu and select "go".

Scroll down to the section that says:

Domain servers in listed order:

ns1.ezwebsolution.net

This is the ISP (internet service provider) or hosting account for Real Data Entry.net. Now go to the ISP website and send them an email (look for "contact us" or "support". Inform the ISP of your circumstance and continue to complain until they shut down the site. They will look for another ISP to host them.

I did this with their last provider and they closed the site. I did a search for Real Data Entry.net and found they were up and running again...but not for long!

Every time they come up, I will use this method to vent my concerns with the ISP and everyone else should do the same.

By the way, I contacted Real Data Entry's merchant account (Alert Pay) and was able to get my refund. They informed me that there were several complaints against them. Good luck all!
