This company and their individuals have already been reported to the FBI for illegal activities and online gambling in Seattle, Washington area. They have also been reported to the American Gambling association for their illegal activities. According to one of the investors from Costa Rica, Mr. Mills has filed bankruptcy and has taken monies that investors had given him to finance his personal lifestyle.

It is a known fact that Mr. Patrick Phipps and Mr. Maurice Mills are a danger to American society. According to one of my clients, they have a virtual office in Costa Rica. Both Mr. Phipps and Mr. Mills are under investigation by the FBI. Mr. Phipps has had several complaints about him on MLM scams. They are both in Washington trying to raise money to help their illegal gambling site. I request all buyers to beware of these individuals and their activities. They are scam artists and will be locked up. I am a concerned investor who had put up and lost money in their schemes so I feel its important to warn others about them.

Your game is over. I will make sure that you never scam anyone else again with you MLM scams again. Your scams have created a very powerful enemy that will be with you for the rest of your life. I tell everybody now, to stay away from Patrick Phipps if you do not want to go to jail. I have proof of you shopping your scam deals to several brokers and trying to have more people involved in your scams.
I say for all you brokers, stay away from this diabolical scam. All Mr. Phipps is, is a washed up MLM wannabe executive who has had no success in life and now all he does is scam people.
