RealEstate Express Provided fraudulent testing St Louis Missouri

I originally signed up for Real Estate Express and pay the required course tuition on 09/15/2017. I took the Final Exam 2 weeks into the course to acsertain the test parameters and types of questions. I did not expect to pass on the first try as my knowledge base as a Realtor Associate was limited. I am mathemamtically competent but much of the math for this course is extreme and involves many levels of comptation that I had not used since High School.

The course requirement is to pass the Final Course exam with 70%. On my first try, I received a 68%. It was a rigorous three hours. There were terms that I did not recognize and laws that my familiarity was not so strong in.    I was quite still rather impressed that i obtained a 68% with my limited knowledge. I have achieved my MLO but this course was exceptionally massive.

I studied several for 3 months aquiring knowledge and Termiology in Real Estate that includes: Value Determination, Authorized AGENCY relationships, Marketing and dvertising Laws, Property Rights, Contractual Agreements, Commissions, Cap Rates, Acreage Determination, Sections etc. I am even able to calculate doc stamps whereas previously I had no conceptualization in most of these areas. 

Depsite my efforts in amassing such mind-swelling information, I still achieved a score of......YES, you guessed it.....68% The questions were nearly identical. I knew 90% of the answers easily. My score should have improved PASS or FAIL. The Real Estate Division should be made aware of their practices.
