This company realestateexamusa.com I hired to complete my Idaho brokers license which they advertise to do. Unfortunately, they have none of the state exam portions for Idaho. It appears that their entire site is devoted to California Department of Real estate which has much different state requirements than Idaho.
I wrote to them on 3 different occasions but they refuse to respond. No contact phone number or email address, you must submit a "request" form that they never respond to.
Ripoff, use a better internet site that actually has what you want. Unfortunately, I had no way of checking this before purchasing.
Only use this if you are getting licensed in California. DO NOT USE if you are licensing in any other state as the information you are getting in regards to state issues will not be the same as the state you are applying for. You will only get California.
