 A representative will answer the phone right away to accept payment to sign you up. The cost of the course varies from $100-$400 depending on the representative and the day. You must complete 75 hours for nys regulation but the site does not respond back in a timely fashion when answering questions, issues with site, exams, scheduling final exam. The whole experience was very poor and a became worse as the course went on. The representatives that sign you up were very pleasant but had no authority to help with issues. All issues were your own responsibility - session time outs, quizzes resetting, error messages. The whole experience was a nightmare. You are better off spending the extra money to take the course at a facility with a proctor who is experiences and cares to help you. Worst experience I ever had when taking an online course. The rest of the real estate team also shared the same issues since a few of us started at the same time. No help was provided and it took months to complete the entire process which cost valuable time and loss of money since had to wait to be licensed. Spread the word and go somewhere else to get your license - not worth the headache
