When I sign up for their gas service I was promised a 10% savings for the frst 60 days Not only did I not save they over charged me over Nicor. When I called to cancel they claim noone told me tyhat and the saving were only if I kept the, for 12 months. They did not charge a cancelations Fee BUT they inflated the cost per therm to almost double. It cost me over $600 extra! STAY a way fro Realgy.
BIG mistake - Stay way from this company. get everything in writing ask about the extra charge (Not fee) of you cancel. Rip Off Big Time!

Hi Mary, It appears you were with our company for three months. On the last month you were with us, the price of Natural Gas in the market sky rocketed due to the polar vortex that was occurring in the midwest at the time. Our contract is for a variable rate and our rates are 6.5 cents over the market price we purchase the gas for. There were two months in that winter season where the market was extremely high due to the polar vortex. Once the market pricing went back down, our rates did as well.
