Reality Dance Jam Tour Ann Conville Another family scammed!!! Beware# New Jersey

 I also have been scammed by Ann Conville/ Antoinette Conville/ Social Jam Tours! She is running from the law and at events I've to be with her anytime police show up she said "I can't deal with the cops I have warrants" she is scamming young people and parents and giving nothing in return except for broken dreams!! This woman needs to be stopped!!! My email is christineradcliffe13@gmail.com let's get a class action lawsuit against her!

Here's my experience with Ann. Last summer, I purchased VIP tickets to one of the events. I was excited to see the event! On the day of the event I showed up at the venue and nobody was there! I tweeted the company and they said the show has been cancelled for weeks. I didn't even receive an email stating that it was cancelled. Also even after it was cancelled the page to buy tickets to the event was still up and running and you were able to buy tickets. 

Anyway, the company page said to contact Ann if I wanted my money back. Now I spent the next three days trying to get in touch with her, I then tweeted the company and they said to call her during business hours and after that not only did I still not get in touch with  Ann, but the company blocked me on Twitter! I then went to the ticketing company to ask for my money back but they weren't able to do anything since I used PayPal. I contacted Ann on PayPal for my money back and for a week she didn't respond! It was until I contacted PayPal and filed a dispute against her when she finally gave me my money back for the tickets.

I share this experience to let all ticket buyers from any one of Ann's companies whether it's reality dance or social jam be cautious of ordering tickets from them. Especially now since she posted a ridiculous no refund policy and that now if the event is cancelled you get credit for another event she has which is only good for one year.

With all your words Ann and Yes once again I know you are responding to all of these because nobody is rude enough and childish enough to respond the way you do, and down right hateful really! If you don't believe me go back and read it again, you don't have a professional bone in your body, something I wish I would have known when I met you! For someone who stole $10,000 from my family you have a lot of nerve lady!!! Thankfully, I have a wonderful life and I can sleep well at night knowing I have never taken advantage of a single person, quite the opposite we give to charities, and are very blessed in return. You however, I wonder about, I don't understand how someone can honestly steal the way you have and don't worry because we do have proof, not only your emails from your email address but your bank account it went to so there is no denying that. As for my Daughter and yours well that's another lie because she had to block yours from contacting her I had to tell you several times about that, oh and by the way I am not a stage mom for the record, my daughter does her own thing on twitter with her own fans and 20,000 followers without my help, I don't have to take her to shows because she is in school full time and school comes first for us. We are regular people who lent you money thinking you would pay us back at the Boston Event. All we have ever asked for was one thing and that was for you to be professional and pay what we lent you which to us is a lot of money and apparently is a lot to you too or you would have done something about it I guess. But instead of paying what you owed us you insulted all of us, you continue to call me names and honestly I can say so many nasty things about you too but I remember at the end of the day I am an adult and the only reason we are where we are is because you chose to beg us for money and then act like you never did, and then chose to insult me and my daughter who only helped you at your events. I am sorry you are such a bitter woman Ann and like I said I Thank God he has Blessed me and my family because we are wonderful people, anyone who knows us will tell you the same. You hate me for one reason because I asked for my $10,000 back but why wouldn't I? That's a lot of Freaken money!!!!!!! You would do the same!!!! By the way Ii suggest when you reply do it with some tact because you make yourself sound like an awful person, unless that's the way you want to portray yourself, or you think you are being funny, you sound rude, and arrogant. Nothing like a Business owner..... Oh and I have a life I work, have 3 kids, and donate my time to Homeless shelters for women and Childen if you must know. So you can quit with that insult as well!

These weekly crazy reports are just that CRAZY

There  actually is a communciations department and since you spend so much of your time online "investigating" you would be able to research the Communications Directors email and verify the authenticity. I assure you it is NOT Ann.

Furthermore a UNSIGNED contract that could be typed up by anyone is further proof you are just defaming someone. I have sat back and whatched you TRY to sabatage a tour who did nothing but help your family and daughter.

Your constant threats can be liabel for you in a court of law- Defaming is a very serious law in the STATE of NJ. You have continously shown you are a disgruntled parent not a victim.

No one cares about your reports and they have not HURT Ann or her business professionally...nor will they . You look as you appear..desperate for attention and disgruntled..what happened did your daughter NOT get enough stage time ? or Attention? 

Three words here apply not  A scam artist but rather CRAZY STAGE MOM ..lol

Take your unsigned contract and GO to the POLICE or COURT like you have said over and over but yet have not done.

You are the ONLY one actually in any legal trouble ..You fall under breaking the law by your constant reports for Stalking a person, Interuption of a Business, Harrasement /Threats , just to name a few.

I hope you have very deep pockets because from a legal standpoint you are in a position to get sued. You cannot put something in social media that is manipulative and hurtful to another person without legal consequences.

She hides from the law ( REALLY? Cant THE LAW find her at any shows or her listed address )

She changes her name ( REALLY? she has had the same name her whole life - being called Ann instead of Antoinette is not against the law )

She changed her number ( REALLY? I would to if I had someone as crazy as you calling 100 times a day )

She goes under fake company names in reaching out to you

 ( REALLY? because there is a communications director in the company and 2nd of all ANN would never reach out to you  )

YOU have played a childish hand hurting (trying ) all the kids on this tour- YOUR OWN daughter still communicates with Anns daughter as friends which is amazing in itself because you started a SCAM on socila media which was shut down by the media reps themself in which your own daughter apologized.

If you THINK anyone cares other than people looking to see how childish YOU are -THINK AGAIN

Just because YOU DONT LIKE ANN doesnt make her a scam..It makes you horrific lonely person with nothing to do but hide behind a computer all day and write lies.

 Ann, or as you disguise yourself as Director of Communications, over a week ago you mentioned we are being foolish going back and forth on Ripoff Report. You stated you would like to resolve this matter if I emailed you and we could discuss a conference call. Well let it be known I emailed you over a week ago, once again gave you mine and my husband's number and just as I thought you never replied. You only acted like you would do the right thing! I really don't have time for your games anymore I have filed against you and will see you in court. I know you have made it a hobby to change your name and address but thank God there are laws to protect good people like us. I however don't wish bad upon you I only excepted our loan to be paid back as you clearly said it would! I pray you don't do this to anyone else $10,000 is a lot of money to take from someone! I wish you well and hope you change your greedy ways because you won't always get away with stealing.

 Dear Lisa, This is very much so foolish and unprofessional behavior on both parties end. Ripoff reports and slandering the company's brand and image does not help solve whatever indifferences there may be. I would love to schedule a call with you to go over your concerns about this particular event and get your background on it. If their is a situation or misunderstanding presiding then both parties can conference on if there were any misunderstandings and how a common ground can be reached. As stated, the company has undergone an immediate staff change and restructuring of policies and procedures with clientele management and the appropriation of how funds are utilized. We maintain a strict policy that states that "Money from third parties or personal funding from clientele or management is not protocol and if funds are accepted without a formal agreement stating the reason for the funds and the payback date, we cannot validate the funds or the request. Nevertheless, I would love to schedule a call with you to clear up any misconceptions about the company and your particular circumstance if in fact true.  I find it amazing Ann Conville will disguise herself as an "ex employee " rather than be truthful this shows her true character! She is a thief! I am proof of that she stole 10,000 from our family. Notice if you go to her new name website Social Jam , she has no contact information, in order to get a hold of her you must email her first, she is a coward . If I sound angry I am!!! She not only has the nerve to steal 10,000 from us and yes Ann Conville I have proof... But she also has the nerve to continue with her ugly ways! She is ungrateful and I know she can't sleep at night knowing what she has done! If she can then she has no conscience which sounds about right if you are a criminal! Enough said! Ann if you would like to behave in a professional manner I urge you to call, email ,or Facebook message me to pay off your debt! However you a cruel woman and I'm not going to expect any normal human behavior, I will let the courts handle my case against you!

How can she sell false tickets to an event we had to help you with???? I'm done with your awfulness and I am disappointed in your behavior! I will show people proof of your acknowledged loan. I have several emails of proof and nonstop texts from you asking for the loan !

I occasionally google to see if this ridiculous report is still here and much to my amazement there are additional reports by you .

What I find funny is this statement - The Police cant find her- She is in hiding- I called and every prosecutor knows her- yet she elludes everyone 

Seriously the woman you write about has a TOUR - any police agency could find her easily at any of the 12 plus Venues a year.

Changing her tour name? She rebranded - however again kept the same Facebook , Twitter and media Handles - again very easy to "find" her.

Anyone reading these articles can see that the real issue is disgruntled stage parents who feel their "star" child wasnt treated fairly.

In the above case -I know for a FACT your child was flown in many times by the company and treated very well as were you.  I believe that the company stood up by honoring tickets for you when you were caught selling tickets to the actual event that did not exist so you could have your hotel paid for .

You are neither clear nor factual. Are we to believe you lent money and you have only a "piece of paper" ?

Are we to believe you tell you are owed money by theft yet ..you flew home trusting ? That you were stolen from ?

Was it more like that you helped a event so your daughter could participate? What person would fly into a event not once, not twice but three times if in fact your statement was true.

Please stop with the ridiculous statements - any normal educated person would NOT believe that this woman who runs a award winning tour that NO ONE "track her down"...

Changing her cell - we all do that - especially with crazy people calling it ( cough cough ) over and over.

Just because you have written 3 of the reports doesnt make it true- 

I worked for this company for many years- I have witnessed hundreds of artist come through the platform from everyday hopefuls to accredited agency artist - all treated well and fair.

I have witnessed first hand how when things do not go the way a stage parent THINKS they should - this is to "go to" platform- If it were true how would anyone continue with a not only credible tour but a AWARD winning tour. 

Only thing "owed" is a apology from your self. You should be happy you have not been sued for Defaming the very person who helped your child have a platform.

Here is our experience with Ann Conville aka Antonette Levins Conville, Antoinete Conville and however else she wants to respell her name to run from laws! Over a year ago she stole thousands from our family and has cut off every way to get a hold of her, she should know I called a prosecuters office in New Jersey and they Knew her well apparently she does this a lot. We live in another state so I believe she planned this well, she keeps changing the name of her buisness too. From Reality Dance Jam tour to Social Jam and other names, she does this to hide I believe because she knows she takes advantage of people to get her way. This women needs to be stopped. In Texas I filed a theft report against her, she thinks she is tough by the way she responded to my last email before blocking me like a coward. I can only imagine what a miserable life she leads knowing she has taken advantage of so many people. I want everyone to know they should be very aware of her she is not someone you can trust apparently. This is our bad experience with her and I would love for her to have a heart and pay us back for the thousdands she took from our family! Be Professional Ann Conville!!! Own up to what you have done!!!!!

 I wish by now I can write with great news about this person, I wish I can say she lived up to her word and was professional,  however after several months not only has Ann Conville Blocked us from calling her requesting our money back, she continues to put on shows after stealing a great deal of money from our family. Not one attempt has been made by her to reach out to us.  I am appalled by this woman's behavior.
