Reality Floors aka Thomas Inman aka Tom Inman Unlicensed contractor wanted by the state attorney Chandler Arizona

We called Thomas Inman aka Reality Floors to give us a quote on carpeting my Mothers condo. The quote was a little low and I could swear I smelled alcohol, however Mom really liked the sample and I figured it is only carpeting, "how bad could this idiot screw it up ? Reluctantly I let her give him a %50 deposit, $2050 The carpeting was being ordered from the east coast ETA 1 week

After 10 days and no call from Tom, we started calling him, no answer//no return call, After 2 weeks I tried calling from another phone and to my surprise Tom answered. I asked him "what was going on", he told me the factory shipped the wrong carpet and he sent it back, for sure the correct carpet will be here in 1 more week.

Another 10 days passed, no call from Tom, and again he is not answering calls or returning messages. Calling him from a 3rd phone I again was able to talk to Tom, this time he told me my mother was a dumb wh--re and I could go F--- myself, then he got nasty and started threatening my 89 yr old mother.

Further investigation shows that neither Tom Inman NOR Reality Floors has been licensed with the AZROC since 2010. Checking the AZ Court Records, there are MANY civil suites and default judgments, several of which exceed $100,000,

Further investigation indicates Tom's first felony DUI arrest was in 1995, his license was finally revoked in 2000, of course there are subsequent arrests for driving with out license/insurance/valid registration, some of which are fairly recent

The Scottsdale address he lists is a previous employer and the Chandler address is a rental home he was evicted from.

Checking the court records for personal entertainment I also see he is no stranger to Family Court, they must have also recognized the same issues I noticed, the records indicated that he was forced to take a "urine test" 3 times in a row, perhaps he forgot to study.

Tom is a hazard and a danger, eventually I am sure he will meet the "wrong person" how ever in the interim I wonder just how many victims there really are.
