Grant Cooper @ Realpin / Zipbrands  reachged out to me to propose a lead generation program for home Seller leads. Grant explained how he had beed with the company for years and what a wounderful and honorable comany it was with strong relationships with their real estate agent customers. Grant also propmised me that they stood behind their garauntee and If i did not receive the 5 leads as described I would get a full refund. After much promising and sales tactics I agreed to a 90 day program with an up-front payment of $1000 for 5 seller leads ($200 per lead) with home values at $100,000 +.

After nearing the end 0f my 90 days and having paid $1000 plus $49 per month and having received not 1 lead fitting the catagory that was spelled out in our agreement I notified Grant Cooper at Zipbrands / Realpin that I wanted to stop paying $49 per month and get my money back. At this point seeing that they do not necasarilly make good on their commitments I also started a dispute with my credit card company since that has to be done within 90 days of a charge. Grant had more words of promised help to rectify the situation but never followed trhough. Zipbrands /Realpin is also battling the charge dispute and refusing to honor their money back garauntee. In addition they do not return calls or deal with the situation directly but operate like sleezy con people.

In summary if you are a real estate agent and you are considering thier services RUN!!! They will lie to you, give you the run araound, waste your time and steal your money!

PS: A little about me. I have been a full time, active real estate agent since 2003. I spend lots of money on advertising and have no problem doing so. In all my years in the business I have not been ripped off by a vendor / marketing company like this and never left a bad review like this before. My team sold $13mil of real estate in 2018.
