Nathan Piotrowski sold me a home and failed to disclose a major problem that existed since 2010. The defect was purposely covered up so a prospective buyer would not notice it. I discovered a foundation crack 3/8's of an inch wide that spanned the full length of the home.
Nathan and Glenn's solution was for me to cover up the crack so they could resell the home to another unsuspecting buyer. I could not do that. Stay away from realty agent Nathan Piotrowski and any agent from Realty Excutives in The Villages Florida.
They will not have your best interest at heart, they are only interested in the sale.

Did you even, for one split second, come to the realization YOU should have YOUR OWN home inspection done? Oh, and let me guess...you didn't even have YOUR OWN attorney working for you during this transaction!
