Realty Stetson Property Management Did not pay me for my cleaning service I provided Austin Texas

I charge 3 hours of cleaning for $99 plus tax, I have been cleaning for Ryan for a while, some properties do only take the 3 hours but some are so bad they do take one or two extra hours in which case we charge $36 additional hour and Stetson is aware. NEVER has he asked to notify him first before we continue to clean after the 3 hours.

His exact words and I quote, "get the job done, I don’t mind paying the extra hour as long as it’s done”. A few days ago we get a work order from their office to clean a property, I head to to place and cleaned it, it took me 5 hours it’s was extremely dirty, balls of pet hair behind appliances. Ceiling fans and blinds. It was very dirty, when I sent the invoice they decided not to pay in full because the work order said one cleaner 3 hours which by the way all other emails say the same, he always lets us know if he wants one cleaner for 3 hours $99 or two cleaners 3 hours $198.

The reason he does not want to pay is he alleged that he only wanted 3 hours. But NEVER asked or specified to STOP AT 3 HOURS. When I went to ask for payment he treated me very disrespectful, said I’m not doing this with you and shut the door inches from my face, I was not there to ask for charity, I was there to asked to get payed for my hard work. He says he’s sent a check with what he wants to pay not the amount owed. I HAVE NOT received payment for the work I did for him to this day.
