I checked on this to see if any chance of a better small home near me and the credit union told me the next day that I was overdrawn because of this withdrawal. I live on less than $235.00 a week!

Robert knowingly signed up for a $39.80 monthly membership.

AUTHOR: Andrew Goodwin - (USA)

POSTED: Wednesday, February 24, 2010

Our site explains during the sign-up process that our service costs $39.80 monthly.
Since we received lots of inquiries from users about the state of our listings, we decided to grant users a 1 week FREE trial so they can explore the site to their heart's content and if for any reason they're not happy they can cancel during that week at no charge.
Our terms of service are clearly posted. Robert knew all this when he signed up.

He gave his credit card information in our registration form which clearly stated there will be a monthly charge until the account is canceled.

We have a very friendly Customer Service department that would have gladly helped Robert with his concerns should he have bothered to contact us (link right no home page.)

Sincerely,
Andrew
