I am a real estate agent and have a listing for a town home in Rexburg Idaho.  The Realty Store had taken my listing and put it on their web site as a bank owned foreclosed property.  Nothing cound be further from the truth.  This property is not a bank owned property.  It is not in foreclosure.  It is not even a distressed property.  All payments are current and have always been current.  This is false advertising and I have ask themm to remove this listing as soon as possible.  I am still awaiting their reply.  I have no faith in a company that would participate in such practices for the sole intent of getting people to pay for their inaccurate foreclosure lists.
