realva technologies, Realva Email Verifier software does not work - no refund from company! Dallas, Texas

More than a month ago I came across two websites to do with software for email purposes - one was realvatechnologies.com  and cutemailpro.com

I purchased the Realva Email Verifier and from day one would not work. I contacted the support many times and got excuses like "we have to change server, the present one crashes under the load"

They sent me a download link again when they presumably, changed servers and the software would still not work.

I badgered them for a refund and support said "refund tomorrow".

That was about three weeks ago!

I have since sent emails to support requesting the refund - I have had no reply.

The software has to avoid using port 25 of my isp (most isp block port 25 for spam email reasons) so the software has to connect with a server that does not block port 25 to work -port 25 being the universal port for all emails on the internet.

Obviously this 'technology' company can't get it's act together or they are scamming the public.

I paid $39.95 for the software.
