In October of 2015, I paid for a reballing service for my PS3 on ebay. I sent him the unit. A month later he said the motherboard was bad and needed to be replaced. I sent another $75. I got my PS3 back in mid Dec. By the end of March it was broken again. He said he would fix it under warranty. I sent in the unit.

By mid May I did not have my unit back and started email. After 3 emails I finally got a response that he was still working on it. I started emailing again in June with no replies. He won't send my console back nor respond to any of my emails. So he has my money, my PS3 and refuses to communicate. Sounds like theft to me.
