This company Rebath of Central Florida, has failed to pull permits on any and all projects. They do drain relocation, shower/tub valves, and often even electrical work, without any licensed electrician, permits or most importantly inspections of the project. Many, many homes have been damaged due to non inspection, one that I know of the shower valve was installed with caulking on the fitting and busted loose overnight flooding the customers home.
None of the installers have ever been trained in the proper way to install the systems, and they tell the home owner at the sales visit that every installer is a factory trained, and certified, installer, this is a lie. The owner Richard Sasto won't pay for the training. Its called try a job and see if you can do it at the customers expense. Richard Sasto is a licensed master plumber in the state of florida but failed to qulaify his d/b/a/ Rebath of Central Florida, and has never pulled a permit in 4 years.
The state of Florida has been notified of this unlicensed activity and hopefully will come down hard on the license holder Richard Sasto. They are also not registered in any other county except Orange for the work they do in other city, of course with out permits.
I left Rebath 8 weeks ago, and feel that the franchise should be investigated by the Rebath Corporate office as well. but if you look on the internet it seems to be the common practice of Rebath dealers to skirt the permit laws,' not all but some.

I understand that Rebath of Central Florida was sold and is now under the new name of Rebath of Mid Florida. I want to say I wish the new Owners the best of luck and also say that I think you are making a grave mistake in keeping the office staff and production manager from the former owner. The office staff is being sued for Internet Defamation and it will be very timely and not in the best of interest to keep these people around. I suggest that you find new employees to get your business off in the right direction or one day you might be in the same position I am in with the defamation suit. Steffany Mullens, Alison Stentrom, and Paul Crisafi should be avoided at all cost. They cannot be trusted, with your business or any one else's
