My friend and I are planning to travel  together to the Philippines with our families. Rebecca Evangelista told my friend that she could hold our tickets if we paid for half now and half in October. We go to pay for the half to secure our price but she said we need to pay for it in full. We then asked for a refund but she assured us she can still hold our price and travel together if I  pay for mine in full. I paid for it in full to help my friend out who could not pay it all at once. A couple of days later she calls me to try to convince my friend to pay for her balance in full before May 7th and she can still book all of us together at the same price. When she went to pay for the ticket in full she then disclosed that she cannot issue our tickets until October of we will have to pay an additional $200. I then requested for a refund but she insisted she already paid her consolidator and that she cannot give us a refund. So I ask that she issue us our tickets but she had not replied since Monday 4/27. I have documented conversations via text messages and have already contacted an attorney. I just want to expose her for being deceitful and for taking our money.
