Rebecca Pilshaw, Attorney at Law Judicial Misconduct due to improper relationship causing bias and wrongful conviction! She was friends with the victim's grandfather and still chose to preside over the case! Wichita, Kansas

Rebecca Pilshaw knowingly chose to preside over a preliminary hearing where she was "good friends" with the crime victim's grandfather.  Crime victim's grandfather happened to be a constituent worker within former Gov. Joan Finney's administration.  

The person wrongfully charged and convicted in this murder case received the "Hard 50" with no prior convictions.  There was absolutely NO weapon, fingerprints or any other physical evidence.  Just one witness that told at least 3 totally different versions of what happened....one story at the preliminary hearing, a different story at the trial, and a 3rd story several years ago when interviewed by a Private Investigater.

The story goes "a liar will never remember the lies they have told in the past, but those telling the truth always remember what the truth is".  Hmmmm?  

Shame on you Rebecca Pilshaw and Sedgwick County for allowing you to do it!
