Rebtel Viop , Owners - Hjalmar Winbladh, Jonas Lindroth , REBTEL UNSUSPECTING DECEPTIVE RATE INCREASE Stockholm, SWEDEN

Rebtel adverstise one rate on their website but charges at a higher rate. After taking a closer look at my bill and how how much i was charged, i found rates almost doubled. Their webiste says .27/min but my bill says .40/min. I tried to contact rebtel with no success. I only recieve generic replies from a woman name Laura that gives me a link to their rates. I assume its computer generated reply becuase its not specific to my complaint. Well i checked the rates and their seems to be fraud taking place, now can i talk to someone. No telephone , live chat only email contact. For a company that made 200 billion last year to only have contact via email lets you know how they operate and what they think of the customer. This is a greedy and deceptive company who raises rates without customers knowgldege. Once my minutes run out i plan on finding new provider and filing complaint  for fraudulant charges and incorrect pricing. Anyone can file complaint regarldless of location or language at www.konsumentverket.se/otherlanguages/ You can also file complaint with www.arn.se/English/ . Check and see what they are charging you per minute , you may be surprised. Never trust company you can't get in contact with.
