Receivable Management Group RMG, Rec Mgt Grp On 8/9/18 I checked my credit report on transuion and they had just reported ,derogatory, remark for debt of $68. Columbus Georgia

On 8/9/18 while checking my credit report with Transuinon I noticed a remark of derogatory content made by this company indicating

I had a collections account from Receivable Mgmt group in amount of $68. Opened March 15th, 2018 Remarks (placed for collection)

Ive never heard of this company or received any coorespondence from them .

They show original creditor as Mohave Desert Radiology . I have insurance and would have been in contact with any Medical facility regarding my attention to any bills. My score is 722  Never late and always pay my debt on time .

Account condition : Derogatory .

I called this company on 8/9/2018 and paid this debt and asked that it be removed from my credit report. I was told a letter would go out in 14 days.

In the meantime I'm contacting all bureaus regarding this debt and validation of such .

They have violated the FDCPA

I never received Letter in reference to this account

They never validated the debt from original creditor

they never indicated they could collect on this debt or were licensed to do so.

this needs to be removed from my credit report since sneaky tactics were done with due process

of information . one must validate a debt and to do so requires a letter of such with account number

original creditor and amounts owed.
