RECIEVABLES MANAGEMENT GROUP RMG SYSTEMS Fraudulent Collection Practices Eden Prairie Minnesota

RMG Systems, aka. Recievable Management Group is using unfair collection practices. They have over 85 complaints with the Better Business Bureau, and all of the complaints are similar. The Company does not verify any of the debts before posting a collection account to your credit report. In fact, most of the complaints state that the company immediately offers to remove the collection account if you pay them an upfront fee, Usually less than $100. I spoke with Robert Lopez from RMG Systems and he could not verify this debt belonged to me. He couldn't verify my address nor my social security number that is tied to the collection account, however he did offer to remove the account from my report if I paid him $88.00 immediately. I've filed a complaint with the Attorney General for the State I reside.
