Here is a breakdown of my terrible expreince with Reckless Motorcycles.

I have a Harley Davidson Street Glide Special, i had over 18000 miles of trouble free sound from the Harley entertainment system.  I decided to upgrade my sound and used RECKLESS MOTORCYCLES for the job. The first set of speakers did not last 600 miles before they were done, I detoured to their establishment on a ride from Sturgis (where I had the system Insalled) and had the speakers replaced. That was August 2016, fast forward to March 2017 and another speaker malfunctioned and i had them replace it at Daytona bike week.  

Now here we are in September 2017 and yet again, I have another speaker malfunction, is it the speaker, is it their installation, who knows, but now they want me to send the speaker in for them to check it before they will replace (speaker ahs been in 6 months, so god knows what their 1 year warranty is about). [continued below]....

..... So for a set of speakers that costs $89.99 at crutchfield online, and i might add was quoted $129.99 from Reckless for the same thing, I have to take my bike fairing aprat, send them the speaker, wait for a decision on their part and then once they replace or walk away from the deal, I have to put ecverything together again for the next few month while it works before i will have to deal with their defective ROCKFORD FOSGATE and POLK audio product.

Their customer service is terrible, they don't stand behind their product, and was actuall called an a*****e by the employee over the phone while voicing my frustration with the continue issues that i am having with their installation of sound equipment on my motorcycle. I will add that we had their sound installed on two motorcycles, and we have had issues with both systems.  Do not deal with Reckless Motorcycles, do not trust Reckless Motorcycles, do not recommend Reckless Motorcycles.

The guys at Reckless Motorcycles came around and did the right thing, we are all working together to figure out the root of the problem and now have a game plan top move forward on that works for all parties.
