Recommended Locksmith took advantage of my unsuspecting wife Salt Lake City Nationwide

I called several Locksmiths around town and they all quoted me around 175-200 dollars. A new key/vin code price of 135 and then the sevice call of $40-60. Recommended locksmith quoted me 90 for the key, to unlock the door, and for the service charge. They stated that there would then be an additional fee based on the number of pins in the key. They also had a 10% discount online if you gave them the code. I was at work and the locksmith showed up to our house where my wife was home. When I got home I saw the bill, 2 keys for $95 (I only asked for one, and he tells my wife he gave us a second key instead of the discount, I didn't want a second key, I wanted the 10% discount) a service call fee of $15 dollars, Labor and VIN $157, a Randome "other" charge of $50.  And then tax for a total of $338. $138 more than any other place in town. There is no number or name on the invoice to contact them locally or to refrence the transaction. When I called back the number on line, they just tolled me it was the right price and then hung up on me. I would discourage anyone from using them or thier service. It's as if they saw my wife and just took advantage of the situation to severly over charge her.
