This company looks up the information related to your recent home purchase which is public record and creates a notice that looks very official.   READ THE FINE PRINT.   They are an analysis and retrieval firm.  They are extremely clear in the letter  (side 2) that it is a "solicitatiion for services and not to be interpreted as a bill due."   That said, I don't know what services you are getting.  New homeowners should question all the documentation they receive that isn't from a company you are already working with.
