First you need to under stand that, I am Daniel ****'s mother. Daniel does not have a computer so Daniel aske me to do a police search on a certain person as to obtain any police records available on someone who might pose a threat to his children. So, on January 28, 2009 (Daniel and I were talking on the phone and he gave me his debit card number to enable us to obtain the information neccessary) by purchasing Lifetime Unlimited Search Pass from ReportArea. It was guarenteed that I would have life time access. HA!!!

I have tried many, many, many times since the 28th to get the info Daniel needs. Everytime I tried the browser to get this done it was never to be found; all's I got was OOP,s this webpage cannot be found. I emailed ReportArea support and told them either they fix the problem or give the $39.34 Danny paid, back. They sent an email back giving me a link to follow with my email address and password add said to copy into the search box to get where I wanted to go.

Well, that was joke. I complained again. They sent me an email saying give us the info you want searched and we will do it. I told them no. That the product was bought so that I could the search myself. They said if I wanted to get to get a refund I have to send them the proof of purchase and I so I did.

I received another email from ReportArea saying: Why don't you send us your information and we will do a search and that it would take at least two days to get it all done. I told them no again and that we want money back have no heard anything at all from ReportArea.

This is not right. People pay good money to get good service and wind up getting ripped off. ReportArea is a rip off and doubt Daniel will ever get his money back. I gave you all his information on where he lives, phone number and when I read him all your questions about media, lawyer, or other government agencies possibly getting in touch with him he agreed. Daniel and I hope that this will help stop other people getting ripped off. Oh, I do not know the city this program ReportArea comes from so I put New York because they wouldn't let me submitt my report until I did.

Thank You for time Daniel and Mom
