Tea ordered Nov 1 2004. Promised ship date 6-14 days. It is Dec 1 and still no order received. Credit card was processed immediately, though. No emails are answered,
no phone is answered, cannot get a fax to go through.
Have ordered from them before, and are always a bit slow, but never like this.
On previous order, after dozens of attempts to get them on the phone, finally I spoke with a human; they apologized and promised to be better about shipping. But, now I cannot get them on the phone again. Will be talking to credit card company today to get credit.
These are irresponsible people who do not care about customer service; but they are quick to process your credit card!! Buyer beware

We have been scammed by them also, Nancy.
The phone number is disconnected as is the fax, the emails are delivered undeliverable.
We never recieved our order either
Only thing left to do is to deny charges on our credit card.
complete FRAUD! I don't think this company even exists :(
