Madelene Cheney lied to me about a seller concession that was always a part of the deal.  This deal was on a short sale which can be difficult, you need a good agent.

What I got instead was Madelene who was rude to me, angry, abrupt, and Ill tempered.  In my experience, there was a clear bait and switch that was costly and unprofessional.

At best, she simply did not take the time to understand my transaction and the particulars surrounding this deal.  At worst, she purposely mislead us hoping we would be too ignorant or complacent to call her on it.

Shame on her, and shame on anyone who uses her after reading this warning.  When it comes to where your family will be living, don't risk it.
