The Red Fez Bar & Grill 70 Exchange St Chicopee ,Ma has TWO ILLEGAL poker machines in his establishment that are rigged to only pay off after $$$$ thousands are spent in them, The owner Tony profits from these along with a co owner of machines Primo . They profit $200,000 tax free illegal dollars from the customers who are drawn into these machines .Sometimes people will sit there and put their WHOLE paycheck in and Tony knows they can't afford to and knowing they will NOT win ! He is greedy and is concerned only of himself and his wife Theresa and daughter Tanya .Tony will even sometimes play machine to lure customers in to play .If machine has been played awhile when Bar closes Tony will also play & win just so customers can not !
