Owerner of the company MACK contact us to sell us supplies he had. After getting pricing we sent him a 25K order. He assured us several times he would have pallet dimensions and weight for shipment pickup. Week after week he gave us excuse after excuse why he hadn't got that information to us yet. Since we had now been waiting 4 weeks and much of the goods had been pre-sold on contracts we where running out of time and offered to supply UPS labels. Knowing this would cost us much more in shipping it was our only choice. Mack replied back with a image of pallet saying its almost done and he would have this to us that day. Another week went by and still had no shipping information. We contacted Mack who explained we need to be patient.....WHAT?! We explained we have been for weeks and now time issues are in effect due to contacts. Mack sent us a message saying this...
"ok ill try this again im one person its extremely hard to run a buisness and deal with a large shipping order that im not set up for( told you that day 1) now number 2 i kept you in the loop the entirety of the process but ill give you my TBI helps me to forget a few things. Final thing ill let lose dont contact another buisness in this way again keep you opinions to your self keep it professional and move on. Sorry it took so long to try and get things together but my locals keep my shop busy and 90% its just me. Not personal but dont make it. Do not contact me again and if you try and play the review game ill sue you for slander you snd you only blew the deal."
Obviously very surpise by the reply we will not move forward with working with this owner/company. It appears he over commits then lies to cover his tracks. Numersous conversations in the end he attempted to act like a tough guy bully and try to push us around....this did not surprise us at this point.
We highly recommend not doing business with Red Horse or Mack the owner in general....you will regret it.

Im the owner, operator of Red Horse and am proud to stand behind the facts of why i didn't complete buisness with LIVE ACTION SAFTY! The rep that has filed the complaint aginst me isnt being honest with yall i wasn't aggressive aginst him in the least till he started personal attacks aginst me because i wouldn't continue to do buisness with them due to several invoices that were not in proper cost brackets for me to sell them the products, this lasted several weeks untill i asked them to no longer contact me!! From the start told the rep i didnt have a loading dock for large shipments and would need to ship usps, ups, or fedex due to lack of room to build a palet. He said it wouldn't work so i tried to oblige but couldn't and told him several times. The way the business concluded was horrible he cussed me out then falsely claimed Im the problem. Look I turned down a 22k dollar order from there company that is almost a giveaway that they were a shady company! Dont take my word for it look up both companies and compare!!
