We set up an account with Red Oak Sanitation when we first moved to Georgia. The first week, they never showed to pick up our trash. When they didn't show up the second week, we cancelled our service.
They required a quarterly deposit on service but refuse to provide a refund. We should have been more diligent about our research - it seems this happen to MANY people as there are lots of complaints online that stem back many years.
Save yourself the trouble and go with a more reputable company!
