Great Company, Right? WRONG!!!!!!    8887338188 Red Payments / Imperial Merchants . Wow… I was told I would have great rate. They lied. To begin, I was given what looked like great rates and equipment. Very quickly the rates changed and I was paying over 5% plus all sorts of monthly fees which cost me thousand. To make things worse, the $200 credit card terminal I received was actualy a lease of almost $50 per month for 4 years, THAT’S ALMOST $2500 for a credit card machine. After many unsuccessful attempts and broken promises I finally decided to move my account to a more reputable merchant service provider ( if one exists) only then did I learn of the ETF also known as the Early Termination Fee of several thousand dollars for lost opportunity. Absurd!!! I have been accepting credit cards for 15 years never have I been screed as I have with Red Payments/ Imperial Merchants. Cheats, Liars, Scam Artists and lowlifes. I later learned I am not an insulated incident, just one of many. Before I learned of the true nature of this criminal enterprise, I was contacted by the company finance department and offered for king capital, I needed the money. I was pre-approved and was going to repay the loan with 23% interest. Insane but I took it. What happened was the interest was not interest but it was the payback amount from sales. The true interest was an astounding 45% per 5 months. AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know the hardship in owning a business and understand how service providers need to also make money. This is not making money. This is flat out highway robbery!

I have been contacted by former employees honest enough to leave whom asked me to change providers and they gave me more dirt. All I can say is BUYER BEWARE.
