I purchased a vehicle on January 14 from Red River Kia/Mitsubishi in Norman, OK. I traded in a boat and signed over title to them at purchase. Paid cash for the difference. It is now February 5, and the dealership will not send me a title to my vehicle. They refuse to come and get the boat and demand that I deliver it to them. I have no way of trailering this boat. Each time I call the dealership, I am put on hold, or am told that they will return my call. I have had several different people telling me that they are the General Manager of the dealership. (They must change daily).
I have talked to Scott Williams, Steve ?, Gizette and Tyler. None of which will take my calls, return my calls or make any arrangements to contact me or pick up the boat.
I would NEVER recommend this dealership. I will continue to tell my story and warn buyers to stay away from this dealership.
It has been nothing but LIES from the first contact.

#1 Consumer Suggestion
I have been stuck in the middle of a Similar situation

As a Dealer employee (not this one, Not in OK) I think the real problem here is a Sales person or "Sales MAnager" has said that you would drop the boat off as part of the deal.
Now the person he or she told that to will not allow a company person and vehicle to go get it. Kind of Punishing the Employee for being dumb.
So if you want to break the stalemate get a friend to lend you a truck or haul it in for you. Heck even rent a U-Haul pick up
Once its there block a lane-way and refuse to disconect until you have your title in your hand.
If the pick up or drop off of the boat was not written on the We-Owe or in the sales contract, they have the power to do this.
Break the stalemate, be jerk and enjoy watching the Caos you can cause at a dealership just parking on the lot and sitting in the back of a pick up in a lawn chair. If you bring a cooler full of non-Alcaholic beverages it makes them even angrier. Beer can get you arrested.
By the way Most Dealers have a Dealer Principle (What most People call the GM) A General Service Manager, A General Sales Manager, A General Manager For F&I, A General Office Manager. All so when you call in you can get "A" General Manager on the phone.
