Red River Ventures, LLC / Outback Bucks Company that keeps on taking, even after being paid off Silver Springs Nevada

On July 13, 2009, I called Outback Bucks and arranged for my payday loan to be completely paid off which would bring the total to $195.00. That is $150.00 principle and $45.00 for interest. I also informed the associate who helped me that I wanted the account closed and didn't want anything further to do with the company from that point on.

On July 17, 2009 the money came out of my checking, as planned, and I believed that the account was closed. Today, July 31, 2009, I found that they took out an additional $195.00 out of my checking account and when I went to call them, their number was disconnected. In fact, they managed to change their voicemail from Outback Bucks name to Payday loan center.

So, now I am in the process of stopping the transaction, closing my bank account, and in the meantime, I have learned a very valuable lesson. However, it should be noted that this company operates under several different names and has a history of pulling this sort of stunt.
