Red Rock Capital Corp. Jim Frazier Scammed for $12,500.00 Oaklohoma City Oklahoma

Jim Frazier portry's himself and his company Redrock Capital , as a a corporate advisory services, venture capital and merchant banking firm

with a specialization in technology, clean-tech and real estate.

Not to be confused with Red Rock Capital Crop. Easily to be confused!

Our partners for our company were lead to believe by Mr. Fraizer, that he could easily raise funds in the first round of finacing because of his expertise and contacts.

His persistant calls daily had me convineced to go with him as opposed to a ligitimant deal we had on the the table.

My partners paid Frazier 12,500.00 for exchange for a  complete "Business plan" after sending Him Fiancials and completing his punchlist Frazier assured us the business plan and finacing would completed by certain deadlines that never came to post.

After neumerous attempts to contact Frazier through Phone, Email ,text etc...Frazier dissapeared after leaving a completley false email to my partners.

Needless to say we have nothing to show for the $12,500 that was in our contract to  produce a businiess plan.

Please Beware doing business with Frazier unless you have money to burn!
