Our collection fees are accumulative as we progress through the foreclosure process required in each state. These fees are charged against the delinquent homeowners. The same fees apply regardless of the amount owed; therefor, the amount that is charge per specific collection step is the same regardless of the delinquent assessment amount we are trying to recover for the association.
